Who is responsible

JI Tecnologia is the software development team formed by Isa Beatriz Alves Silveira and José Eduardo Escobar Siqueira. We are responsible for the data sent through this website.

What data we collect

Only the data you type into the quote request form. Along with the request, we record the site language you used and the date it was sent.

• name;
• email;
• the service you chose;
• the description of what you need;
• WhatsApp and company or project, if you provide them.

What we use it for

We use this data only to reply to your quote request and talk with you about the project. The legal basis is carrying out preliminary steps to a contract at your request (LGPD, Article 7, V).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where the data is kept

The website has no database. When you send the form, the request is emailed through the Resend service to the joseescobar@jitecnologia.com inbox, and it is kept only in that inbox. Resend is the only service that receives your data, and only to deliver that email.

To prevent abuse, the IP address of whoever sends the form stays in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes, only to limit the number of requests. It is not stored. As with any website, the hosting server may also record technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security and operation.

We keep the request for as long as it is needed to reply and talk about the project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

The website uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember the language you chose, for up to 1 year. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can ask us at any time to:

• confirm whether we hold your data and give you access to it;
• correct incomplete or wrong data;
• delete your data;
• tell you who we share your data with.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
